Let me paint the picture for you-
I have 4 kids. 3 boys, 1 foster daughter. M-F my kids go to school an hour from where we live. 4 lunches packed. Homework folders filled out and complete. Uniforms on everyone. Praying my autistic son likes the feeling of his shirt today. And lastly, pack the backpacks, get shoes on their feet, and hopefully we all get to the car and out the door before 7:10 am.
Needless to say, our lives are pretty busy. By the time we get home its 6pm. I dive directly into making dinner, homework, and bedtime routines.
I realized after a few months of this, that my house was starting to fail. Clothes piling up, dishes not getting done, toys all over the floor, bathrooms have that *smell*…… I KNEW something had to give. Quitting my job isn’t an option. First, I LOVE what I get to do. My husband also works full-time. I knew the only thing that could change was our time prioritizing and tools to get it all done.
Now by day I’m an Executive Assistant/Project Manager- and I get all of that done because I live by a schedule down to the last minute, and I have all the tools at my fingertips.
So, I took everything I earned professionally and implemented ( STILL implementing) to make every day life so much easier and still get ALL the things done!

I hope these bless you in the ways they’ve done for me!
